Cory Butler was born in the UK London in October 21 1991. A rapper/singer/music producer, the first piece of the musical puzzle started on his holiday in Jamaica at a young age. The spark appeared after he was watching a new episode of "that's so raven".... they did a musical and eddie aka Orlando brown was rapping about basketball which is his favourite sport love and it sounded really good,so from there he started writing through from secondary to the present a folder is still kept of all the old lyrics that have been written.

We all sing at a young age because its fun despite any embarresment they may of occurred but the confidence wasnt really there for him but taking drama in secondary school had a huge impact on his lifestyle coming to the end of his last year him and some of his friends asked to do a performance and it was a big step to take and I enjoyed doing it.

At beginning the name C Cizil was given to him at 15 and he went with it for years until he came to the age of 17 where he desired a name that expresses who he is both inside and out. For the 3 years he spent in Sir George Monoux College it was about pushing himself to where he wants to be and even dough the journey continues for him his mind couldn't be more in the right place and would like to prove it to the world.

Cyon was the name he choice and explained what it meant to him..
"Cyon (Musician) is apart of me which expresses the confindence and thriving through good and bad situations
remaining calm,adapting and learning even through the harshest of times.
Summary-A man who shows a lot of calm equanimity".

Cory is a positive person and always keeps this in his mind "Everyday I'm striving to be better than what I am, improving my skills in every direction,I refuse to stay the same".
