Biography:
Starting in the summer of 2003, Poney built itself from nothing but guitars with shitty amps and a broken drumset to a truly destructive rock force. Coming from Wausau, Wisconsin, these guys set out to create something really genuine. Fuck metal. Fuck rock. Fuck punk. They want it all. They want it all right now and they want to chew it up and spit it right back in your face. The crazy thing is, you'll swallow every drop. The smooth songwriting keeps these overdone genres together in a way that makes their debut album "2010-2015: the explosion years" feel cohesive despite their vast range of influences.
