Biography:
Since July of 2000, Beneath A Bleeding Sky has been performing their blend of unique underground metal. Consisting of members drawn from previous metal and hardcore acts, they came together to conceive a form of music that would be to a personal liking, and hopefully on a general level as well. The basis of the band's sound is an amalgam of parts thrash, black metal, and melodic death, with what could even be described as a rock-oriented overtone. Through that the band creates a dark and sinister atmosphere, conveying imagery of bleak and oblivious existences, further complementing the lyrics that speak of death, despair and other esoteric situations. Exhibiting melody and ambience while still retaining sheer heaviness, the band keeps an experimental mind for studio work, yet in turn still looks forward to bringing their sound to a live crowd. Refusing to bend towards any popular or contemporary sound, Beneath A Bleeding Sky will continue to create music for pure aesthetic purposes.
