Biography:
Speedbore is a three-piece band with strong song writing and musicianship. Tight punk rock pulse, with ska influences, rhythmically bored into the songs arrangements. Jeff Hawkins handles the main Vocals and Guitar work, where his strong musicianship and songwriting create the songs that we have been known for. Jeremy Waterhouse is known to throw down some wicked basslines and vocal range. John Turnbull keeps it all together with his tight drum playing abilities. 2003 has been good to us, playing this years Wakestock (where we kicked off the Main stage, also shared by Goldfinger, Gob and Not by Choice, as The Dollfinz) We also made it all the way to the Canadian Finals of the 2003 Emergenza Battle of the Bands (also under The Dollfinz name).
