Biography:
Lucky Luciano are a hardcore-based metal band from Detroit, Michigan. Formerly known as Samsara, this five piece formed in July of 2001. The current members, although not all original, have flourished with it's most creative line-up consisting of; Brad Cain (Drums), Jerry Atkinson (Guitar), Joe Klobukowski (Bass), Ryan Cottongin (Guitar) and Ryan McTaggert (Vocals).
With influences ranging from Wall's Of Jericho and old Vision Of Disorder to Iron Maiden and Slayer, Lucky Luciano breaks forth from the stereotypical sound usually associated with this genre of metal. In the two years since it's creation, the band has had several DIY releases. The MCD "Carry On" not only marks the bands first official release but also the debut CD from Go-Team Records.
