also, it kind of concerns me that the comics are not a finite series. i want a big ending culminating in a good explanation of the outbreak not to have it dragged out for 6+ seasons because it has good ratings

There will be an end to the comic and I can imagine he's had ideas for it from the beginning.

yea, i hope they dont feel the need to stick very close to the comics to appease fanboys. i have no problem with them straying from the original source for a good idea.
the sex scene had no nudity and was about 5 seconds long. what was so great about it? it was outside?

the intensity for being a tv-14 rated show, and the fact that it could plant an idea in your brain to think about what happens next. not everyone is strictly visually affected.

I was watching it on a huge LED tv, with whatever display setting makes every show look like it's live. It was like watching it really happen lol

Actually, it does begin to go into that I believe (when they meet that doctor in Woodbury?). It's been a long time since I read it but I remember him being involved with how it started. I also haven't kept up with the last 10 issues or something.

It was my friend's tv. I actually really hate the way it looks like that (except for sports, obviously).
