They could end up with three players eating up 25 million of their cap...vinny, marty and stamkos. And they still need to sign a goalie

Incredible player. 989 points in 989 career games. Pretty sick for a guy who is 180 lbs soaking wet. He was never the same after he left anaheim in 2003 after losing the cup. Couldnt stay healthy.

Shame he couldnt make it to 1000 games or points. Probably come up just short of the hall of fame

Seriously, Kariya and Selanne while in Anahiem were easily one of the most dangerous offensive threats in recent league history.

Lightning just signed dolphins and a center forget his name. Don't think they will sign him. Doubt they can match a high offer

currently Flyers have 8.28 million under cap to work with and possibly more if Laperriere is placed on Long Term Injured Reserve (not his whole salary of 1.1 million but a good chunk despite his 35+ status). however they still have Voracek, Leino, and Simmonds to sign.

if the Flyers trade Versteeg and sign Simmonds for his estimated 2 million then that's an extra million to work with.

assuming this happens and they can do something with Laperriere this would give them about 10 million to work with however Tampa would still be able to match this so the Flyers would have to move another 2-3 million in salary to make this work (along with still having to sign Voracek and other players for the third and fourth lines)
