Watcha up to? I went on a fasted 10 mile run, trained in Muy Thai and went to get some things like baskets and shelves to become better organized. Im making breakfast/lunch now which is buffalo grilled chicken. I'm going to eat that, shred guitar for an hour then head to the archery range for 2-3 hours. When I get home, I will finish off a physics book. I shall then burn oils and find an rpg game to download and play on PC.
