I got an HP inkjet, best I've ever use at home. Ink doesn't dry in HP printer cause the heads are in ink cartridge.

My brother has a Lexmark and it kinda suck, before that we had a couple of Epson (these are the worst printer ever!!!).

Hp are also great for picture printing even though I got a regular printer.

I have an hpphotosmart 8250, but its more then what you would need. My mom runs her business off a $25 lexmark.

If you are just printing directions, quality really doesnt mean shit, so essentially you need something that puts ink on paper with no problems.

that's the printer i have. it's a printer/scanner/photocopier. i'm positive they're under a 100 dollars. and it prints off really good pictures/everything.

mines the older model. but even the newer ones aren't much more expensive.

I have an HP C3180 all-in-one type deal. Not blisteringly fast, but HP does a magnificent job of updating the drivers for all operating systems. I've used it with a mac and now am running it on Vista. No complaints.
