down from 319 to 302. doing 40 minutes of cardio a day. started doing some light lifting to get that whole part of it started. eventually going to lift a lot once i drop some more weight.

12/13
still freakin 300 lbs. still doing 45+min of cardio 4 times a week. gotta be doing something wrong. eating like a bird

1/4
down to 295. even after the holidays. still going strong. dont plan on stopping until i am healthy.

i can't wait to start my new job in a couple months. part of my compensation is free personal training. so i'll have someone kicking my ass to get into better shape. hell knows i won't do it on my own.

i dont look 300 at all. i'm just a big dude. the thinnest i ever got was after jail (and everyone said i looked anorexic) and even then i was 210. but now with more muscle i honestly don't think i can get under 220/230.

i'm assuming this was pertaining to me? i could be wrong.

but if so, then yea, i'm a big boy, but the motivation is lacking. i tried it once and just made excuses for not going. i think a trainer would help me at least stick to a consistent schedule as far as working out/eating habits. i definitely need to start improving my lifestyle.

Brick, my new roommate (as of Dec 1) was a personal trainer. He's looking for workout partners. He is from Atlanta so he doesn't know people around here. You still work out at the Y?
