anyone dig them at all? weird and cheesy for sure, but decent and more than a bit ahead of their time. was listening to "meet the residents" earlier, crazy record... as alot of their records tend to be.

plus it's pretty cool that they made alot of surrealist type video components to accompany the records. like this shit:

... theres tons more of that shit on youtube too.

also: their later "performance art" type shit is a little pretentious or something to that effect, but i thought this was kinda neat..

the WB album/vileness fats/meet the residents/3rd reich'n'roll/duckstab/commercial album.

thats all the ones i have that i liked alot. downloaded a few others that i wasnt too fond of but those couple are the shit. meet the residents and 3rd reich are the best. if you dont have the version of 3rd reich r'n'r w/ the "lost tracks" get it. the cover of "satisfaction" is fucking awesome. sounds like violent ear death. the other 3 tracks are the shit too. especially "loser=weed", and the unrecognisably slow cover of the beatles "flying".
