people to believe that i have lost fat while gaining muscle... especially those idiots on the bodybuilder forums.. i mean do the math:

i started at 330 - 48%bf. which means i had apx. 165 lbs of muscle. now, i am 270 with 26% bf, and 200 lbs of muscle

but i have people calling my a liar saying this is not possible at all... well, it is, because i did it.

I'm as far from an expert as you could be...but i thought that was pretty much how the whole Diet + Exercise thing worked.

they keep saying it is impossible to gain muscle while losing fat at the same time if you are taking in less calories than your maintenance level.

Wren is the only thing worth reading in this thread. introduce him to the other forum to shut those faggots up.

obviously though you have a daily excess of calories in the form of stored fat, in addition to the added levels of testosterone from working out and losing weight. thats why internet weightlifters are useless

They might be referring to when you're already pretty lean, but most of those guys are actually retarded so I wouldn't worry about it.

It's only been a few weeks for me and I have lost a little bit of weight and definitely started gaining some muscle. naysayers are wrong.
