get my whole body totally fucking cooked...featured in this months mens fitness, just added them to my usual circuit training and i'm completely dead by the end of my workouts now.

i do them with kettlebells or db's...ive seen guys do them with full bars before. I don't know if i'd mess with that but apparently it works grip and your stablizers alot more using the full bar.

but in all seriousness i'm doing them with a 25lb db and it's terribly hard...i can't imagine it with more weight on a full bar
