i already saw a dietitian when i was in the military and i'm fine. i've got major sleep problems that it's probably related to i've had sleep problems for as long as i can remember. i can't go 8 hours without a nap unless i've got coffee/redbull/white devil.
today is the worst... i fell asleep at 7:30 last night, woke up at 11:30, couldn't fall back asleep until 4:30, woke up late at 8:30, and now i'm about to go take a lunch nap because my one cup of coffee is about to wear off. fuuuuck
