no one take dietary research serious do they? dietary research is almost always funded by the manufacturer, cultivator, or otherwise distributor of the food or food constituent in question, and is basically just an extension of the advertising industry.

All they do is take a food find one or two chemicals in it that are good for you, ignore everything else about the things, and tell you it is good. It's why eggs keep changing sides every few years...

If I really wanted to make it more efficient I'd get some BCAA powder, and put like 15g in a bottle of Gatorade to sip during the workout. Creatine would work well too, but I don't respond to it.

the one time i actually drink gatorade is when mid-work out. even thinking about chocolate milk is making my stomach turn..

I'm actually taking GNCs Amplified Creatine 189 right now just started about 3 days ago and definitely feel larger and definitely getting an edge on my workouts. The only thing I hate about the creatine is that I'm constantly thirsty, get some mild gas, and my stomach is constantly bloated. This is the first time I've used this.
