i haven't actually lost any actual pounds in around a month or so, but i have lost inches around my waist and stomach. so my guess is that i'm gaining muscle again

I don't do so bad with losing weight so I should be able to lose the extra 20 I put on. I am going to focus on strength training in order to build a more fit physic (definition of my muscular structure) Also, changing my eating habits is going to be a bit of a struggle.

well in that aspect dont let her take you down. buy all your own shit separately. i eat so many veggies and so much lean protein and not so many carbs, if you find a bunch of stuff that tastes good and is healthy then you are good to go.

well basically all i eat is turkey tenderloins and frozen veggies for dinner, a salad with 6/7 veggies in it and tuna/leftover turkey for lunch, fruit smoothie and a protein shake for breakfast. it's pretty easy to switch between turkey and chicken, and once a week/2 weeks i throw a steak in there for variety. i take in around 1800-2000 calories a day, and they're nutrient packed.
