any tips to stop missing someone that doesn't miss you? other than drowning in a drink/taking pills/being a waste? i'd just quit it if i could.

i'm like to the point where i'm trying to use my meditation practice and mental association techniques. shit's not working.

general talk of missing folks is also accepted here.

i'm in the same boat but i'm being a waste and drinking. when all other remedies inevitably fail you, it's the best medicine.

yesssir. i never really used to drink--bacardi has been my bff lately though. ain't too proud.

I'm not pining for this guy or anything--i just miss his friendship and that's pretty much gone forever, but i'm not sure why. even my boyfriend, who is definitely the jealous dick type, doesn't get bothered when I whine about it because he knows that this guy meant a lot to me as a friend (i'd still expect him to be jealous, but he's just not).

i'm a mess.

seeing him on new years is going to be awesome. i'll probably get drunk, sing show tunes, and pretend i'm good.

we'll get by.

Cardio/lifting while screaming the lyrics to the same few songs on repeat helps with all forms of sadness/frustration.

It's a pretty regular thing for me lately. Fuck feelings.

I never sleep, but running is always better in the morning. Or when it's raining

I always seem to be missing at least 2 people, usually more. Shit mood tonight does not help. Boo.

Two closest friends currently living out of state is fail.

And I probably shouldn't, but I start missing duder before he's even out the door. Having him around feels right, not to mention incredibly comfortable/amazing. Miss.

yea. i miss my boyfriend all the time--even when he's next to me. i'm pretty addicted to the nook of his shoulder.

i just miss someone that doesn't miss me/want to see me/know me that used to mean sooooooo much to me. it hurts like hell to not understand why someone just gave up on you.

Not knowing why always makes shit harder. Sucks. I'm sorry.

Maybe NYE won't be so awful and he'll decide to talk to you?
