I haven't really in a while. I went rock climbing on Saturday and still hurt today. After dinner today at work, I walked the stairwells from the 1st floor to the 21st and back down. My legs were like jelly after. They wouldn't stop shaking.
ride every day. about a 5 mile commute each way, plus riding after work once it gets nicer out to where a 20 mile ride is enjoyable run every few days pending my upcoming orthopedist* appointment, back to lifting weights 3-4 days a week
