so i just found out that i have osteoarthritis in my knees amongst other problems, so for the sake of my knees i am going to lose 20lbs to take stress off them. as most of you know i've already lost a ton of weight but have plateaued lately due mainly to being sick, knee problems, and probably drinking too much beer. so for the next two months i am cracking the fuck down. eating well 7 days a week, no booze at all (except pollcats wedding), and hitting the gym 7x a week (2 sessions in the afternoon, tues+thurs, then every weeknight as well). i figure i have to do something drastic if i want to feel better, my knees have been bugging me for over a year now and losing more weight would be the best thing o help.
