I've dropped 25 pounds since my knee surgery in February. It has made a huge difference in how my knee's feel about me. I haven't felt this good in a long ass time. I cut out icecream (my weakness) and cheese and cut the drinking down to two days a week and I am also trying to put positive calories into the tank now. I'm also working out and hour and a half six days a week (1/2 hour cardio, 15 minutes resistance training, a half hour of light weights at high reps, and 20 minutes of leg excercises and sit ups).My woman is a vegetarian so that helps with my food intake cause she cooks a lot for me.
