yeah the girls that normally don't have any portion of their thighs touching are too thin or have next to no muscular development. They can stay away.

Most "runners" have no curves. Yuck.


I mean i'm not dissing runners completley. One of my life goals is to complete a marathon but the people that all they do is run are usually too thin looking. There is a professional runner that trains at the Bally's i go to. She's near disgusting looking.

I don't want to be stick thin, but I'd like to be happy with myself. and lately, I'm not. I know I have to work to get there though.

My only suggestion would be that when you lift is stick with the high reps/low weights but add some more sets and then when you run keep the distance high. Like no less than 30 minutes. Don't sprint but keep a decent pace.

Maybe that will help slendering your legs if that is what you are worried about. Or maybe just stay away from leg lifts completely.
