thanks to the wonders of genetics I have been cursed them. I would really like to "get rid" of them as best I can but I'm not sure how to go about it. I feel like I can't do any weightlifting because it will only make my legs stronger i.e. bigger and that is not what I want at all. my lower legs/calves are perfectly proportional but because of my thighs I often have to wear baggier jeans and shit which I also don't like doing. I've been running/doing the elliptical for 45- an hour a day 4-5 days a week for the past month or so in hopes that may help. Any other suggestions, or am I just fucked on this one?
