i felt like total garbage yesterday. I normally warm up with a 10 min run. 8 minutes in i felt like giving up. I got all my lifts in pretty well (except for pullups) but felt such a lump that i had 0 energy left to do cardio. My body felt like giving out the whole day.
I hate days like that. Hopefully today is a better day.
I went lifting on friday for a little bit and just couldn't get fired up at all. it felt like I was going at half speed most of the time. I had to drink a Red Bull afterword just to keep from falling asleep.
