thrown from a moving truck in Charlotte, NC. The chances of him surviving seem so slim that homicide detectives have already begun investigating the scene.

Dude had a troubled past for sure, but the last year or two he really turned his life around and was doing well. He has 3 kids, aged 2 years to 10 months.

just some saying he has bad injuries that aren't life threatening, and then most are reporting from his agent that "he is fighting for his life"

some arent necessarily downplaying the severity of the situation, but they weren't calling it life threatening.

that was earlier in the evening though.
