I don't think the Colts are going to turn the ball over nearly as much as the Vikings did. They won't have Peterson fumbling the ball every other time he gets his hands on it. I also don't think they are going to get to Manning as much. I'm not saying that the Colts have some unstoppable force of an O-Line but even if they get to Manning I see him getting the ball off most times and avoding the sack. Much like what Favre was able to do.
I don't think the Saints D was that great yesterday. The Vikings did alot to help them out like with the 500 fumbles and Favre brain farting with that interception in the 4th.
Also if the Saints fall apart in the 2nd half like they did yesterday they are done. The Colts will be a threat up until the last second of the game and only putting up what, 77 yards, in the second half isn't going to win them the Superbowl.
