ImgBurn. You need to have your 360 modded for the games to work though, and your burner has to support bitsetting (ImgBurn will say if it does). I use ImgBurn to write almost everything else too.

Not sure if I'm right on this but my understanding is that the law in the U.S. only targets those who are seeding/uploading/hosting the copyrighted material, and NOT those who are simply downloading with no intention to re-up it.


Also, peerguardian does not work, though it does a good job of making it look like it's doing something.
