Ok. So I just read a little more about it. I'm like the idea of the "1999 mode" that makes you really pay attention to the things you do throughout the game or you could really screw up the ending.

i started to read through the ign review on this link: click here for link (the one you posted is blocked here)
i decided to stop reading though until i play it myself.

i did read "the verdict" though: "Going in, I had to question whether Infinite could live up to the BioShock name after having discarded its signature world of Rapture, with its Big Daddies and Little Sisters and warring philosophies, and starting from scratch. On the way out, I'm forced to seriously question which is the better game. In total, BioShock Infinite is a brilliant shooter that nudges the entire genre forward with innovations in both storytelling and gameplay. It trips over itself in a couple of spots, but not in any way that should keep you from embracing it with your utmost enthusiasm."

How is everyone liking it? I am a bit behind as I have only played a couple of hours, but I find myself thinking about playing all of the time. I really wish I had more free time! Oh yeah...the weapon...the one that helps you jump from building to building is probably the coolest thing I've played with.
