I don't think we did this one last year. What do you like to do with all that leftover turkey?

We're doing a turducken again this year and I predict there will be little leftover as was the case last year, but I always make another turkey for my husband. I get sick of it myself, so I recycle it into pot pie, bbq, a la king, etc.

Turkey soup. You can throw any leftover vegetables in there, too.

sandwiches for breakfast lunch and dinner.

buttered bread - turkey - stuffing - ham(optional) - cranberry sauce - gravy - mayo - bread

you need the gravy and mayo to get it over 2,000 calories.

I put green beans and turkey into omelettes or fritattas, and we sometimes make turkey bbq or pot pies. Mostly sandwiches.

When we were kids, my mom used to make potato candy everytime we had mashed potatoes left over. You basically just add a ridiculous amount of 10x sugar to a few tablespoons of potatoes and knead it until it reaches a rollable doughy consistency. Roll it out to about 1/8 inch, spread peanut butter over it, then roll it up, slice it, and refridgerate it. It may just be a coal region thing, but a lot of my friends used to pack it in their lunches in gradeschool. Super healthy.

we have so much fucking leftovers. my husband's family had to bail last minute so it was only 4 of us left to tackle the turducken. i wish i could think of something to do with the leftover stuffings. i have a ton of cornbread andouille, chestnut shitake, and spicy shrimp stuffing. i hate to have to throw it out.

I will just keep having plates of thanksgiving dinner until too many sides start to disappear.

Last night I simmered turkey leftovers in gravy and put it on top of some dinner rolls. Basically like an openfaced sandwich. I have made lots of omelets and quesadillas out of the leftovers too. Tacos have turned out delicious too.

This is all I've been living off of.

I had a shit ton of mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, gravy, and Tofurky leftover. I mixed it all together in a huge bowl to save space and I've been heating it up periodically.

I like to make turkey, mashed potato and gravy sandwiches. However, this year I let my mom make the mashed potatoes and she completely ruined them and they all got thrown out.

open faced turkey sammiches, soup, and sometimes I'll just kinda mince/mash up all the leftovers in a bowl, cover it in gravy and eat it like that.

or if they're boiled too long. water-logged mashed potatoes are fucking gross.
