That when I go to the gym after a hard night of drinking my heart rate is crazy low? I dont do this often but when I do this is usually the case. My stamina seems other worldly. Any ideas?

Bah, the last thing I want to do is work out after drinking. I would think all that extra booze flowing through your veins would increase your blood pressure which can cause an elevated heart rate. Makes sense that it would lower it since you're not really adding much to your blood flow. Smoking and working out is fun though...maybe it'll do the opposite for you.
