So I've quite smoking, quit drinking coffee, and don't drink soda either - Now I want my teeth to be pearly white again. Are there any products anyone's used that work well and don't harm your teeth?

I used the Crest strips that you put on in the morning and night for about 15 minutes and they worked

Expensive though

I had Zoom at my dentist's office. 1 hour and you're done.

and they make custom trays for your teeth and give you like a years supply of whitener to maintain it after you're done. its pretty awesome.

i'd be skeptical of strips. i've heard many people complain of extreme sensitivity afterwards.

Zoom is awesome, so is crest whitesrips.

I use Rembrandt paste now just to keep my teeth white. They look alright.

Crest whitestrips. The first one or two times you may get a little sensitive ping, but after those initial ones all is good.

Don't those things strip the enamel off your teeth?

I only use them about twice a year, and go to the dentist every 6 months and floss daily. I have not had my dentist complain or say no about the strips. Or noticed that anything is missing from my teeth.

If you abuse the white strips then they can cause serious enamel damage, same with zoom. But if you do it once in a while you should be fine. This is why I use good paste now. I actually have to pick up more because I am out and within a few weeks of using Matts toothpaste (crest pro health) I have noticed a nice yellow hue coming back.

i used the crest professional effects white strips and they worked pretty well. your teeth hurt a lot for a few hours the next morning each day. and i'd advise using a pack then waiting a week or so then using another pack, for even whiter teeth.
they're a little bit pricey but if you go on amazon you'll get them way cheaper than at walgreen's or some other store.

i like crest whitestrips. never had any pain and i have sensitive teeth. you don't need to use them as much as the packaging says, they're just trying to get you to buy more.

Plus White 5 minute speed whitening gel. They say to just put it on your teeth and wait 5 minutes, but I think it works best if you just put some on your toothbrush, put tooth paste over top (the whitening gel doesnt taste very good.. so you're going to need toothpaste over top..) and brush my teeth.. then I brush my teeth again but with just toothpaste after. I find this works better than anything else I've ever tried.
