Yes there is. Doctors telling them that they'll change their minds and then not allowing the proceedure to be done.
There's so many of these fuckface bills passing in OK, VA and other states against womens vaginas, so women are flipping the switch and presenting equally ridiculous bills to just outline the double standards.
But of course, bills where men have to get their anals probed before allowing a prescription to Viagra are voted against. There was also another one where men aren't allowed to shoot their sperm any where else except into a womens' uterus or else they should be charged with manslaughter.
