I'll bet any of you $1,000 that Obama wins by at least 10%.

It's only early-August and the hail marys have already started.

He'll win those states because those people are low-information, ignorant trolls, but obviously it's not gonna matter.

Obama is ahead by at least 5 points in all the swing states. He could lose Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Indiana and as long as he gets Colorado, he'll still win big.

It's over. Romney is dumber than George Bush.

Oh my god, Nate Silver, who is the most prominent, smart and well-rounded pollster (who has also predicted the past few elections to a tee) is predicting Obama has a 72% chance of winning. At this point in 2008, it was like Obama 57% - McCain 43%. Hilarious.

As of right now, Obama has around 237 SAFE electoral votes. Romney has 206.

Here's how I see it going, and everything else is just gravy:
255 with Ohio
265 with Wisconsin
271 with Iowa - BAM Obama wins.

He could lose Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Virginia and New Hampshire and it wouldn't even matter. This is p. glorious.

With all the democratic voter suppression bullshit that's going on in Ohio right now though, the GOP could steal another one. I can't imagine that happening, but the fact that nobody is gonna give a shit about stuff that's happening RIGHT NOW until after the election, and a possible Romney win, is pretty stupid and scary.

i'll take that action because i know it's gonna be a lot less than 10% if he wins, and given how dumb people are, he really could lose because:

1. he is still black, and many americans are still uncomfortable with that
2. the economy bush left him still sucks and will continue to suck for years to come
3. the right is a much stronger political machine and requires neither a head nor a candidate that agrees with its core principles
4. paul ryan may give romney wisconsin, and voter supression may give him ohio and florida
5. americans elected george bush, twice, when no one thought he had a chance either
6. democratic turnout will be down
7. idiots still think republicans are better with economic issues, and there are a lot of idiots
8. idiots still think republicans are stronger on defense, so random world events tend to favor republicans
9. americans seem to like being lied to, pushed around, and bent over
10. the turnout for the chik-fil-a/family values appreciation day may be the most telling poll of this cycle in terms of mobilization

This is definitely a thing in PA, but hopefully the justice department can squeeze something out to strike down the law. It's bullshit.
