After 7 1/2 years of doing Muay Thai, I officially had to quit yesterday. It was the adult decision to make for a variety of reasons. So with that tonight officially starts my new workout routine that doesn't involve punching/kicking/elbowing/kneeing people in the face. The bright side of this decision is now I don't have to worry about maintaining a certain weight and can go for that 300 look now.
After running into Trad at the KOP mall on Sunday, I think we're attending wing night tonight to see him before he deploys. Come out. It's a rare occurrence for us.
so does this mean you won't be at the gym around the corner from my house that i never saw you at but DID see your car at once?
also, i'm re-starting some sort of weight lifting routine again (along with getting my ass back on the treadmill). i can't really run at this weight b/c i have stupid knees, but once i finally drop below 200...aka was 5 lbs away for my birthday then was like...
i will start running again.
