In the Aurora shooting, you have the blood splatters reported to have come from the body of an injured child as she was carried out of the theater. Aside from the lack of bloody footprints, the splatters point toward the theater door, rather than away from it. You have "victim" Jessica Redfield (aka Jessica Ghawi) who was a TV intern who claimed to have witnessed a mass shooting at a shopping mall in Toronto on June 2, 2012, only weeks earlier, and even made a joke about the shooting on Twitter. She then tweeted that she was set to move into a lavish new living situation replete with swimming pools and ponds, well beyond the means of a TV intern. After Aurora, her name hit the Social Security Death Index immediately. The odds of one person witnessing two mass shootings in their lifetime, let alone one summer, are astronomical -- about 1 in 23 billion.
With Sandy Hoax, you have no surge of EMTs in to the building, no Med-Evac chopper called, no string of ambulances to the school, no evacuation of at least 469 students, and no bodies placed on any triage tarps. You have a crisis actor named Gene Rosen who changed his story from feeding the cats to walking to the diner, to a bus driver talking harshly to simply a a bus driver with the children...going on endless news broadcasts with colossally bad acting. An entire book has been published on the details of this hoax.
In Spring, Texas, Cassidy Stay supposedly was shot in both her finger and her head, and supposedly witnessed her whole family massacred in front of her. Yet the next day she is smiling, there's nothing wrong with her, and she's in front of national media, quoting Harry Potter.
My favorite was the WDBJ shooting. That had to be the worst crisis acting I've ever seen. Vester Flanagan walks up to within a few feet of a woman he supposedly kills, pointing a gun and a cellphone camera at her...and she pretends not to notice. Her reaction to being "shot" was priceless. The bullets were obvious blanks -- you could tell by the sound. No casings were seen exiting the gun. Allison Parker, with no bullet marks or blood on her, turns around and runs away, in heels. No blood on Vicki Gardner either. No blood at all! "Boyfriend" Chris Hurst tweets about her "death" before the event. Spends all day tweeting and showing photo album photos on TV, with hilariously bad acting.
