I own my small business (record studio) and I've come up with an idea to develop an app for musicians.
Of course, I'm far from coding, I merely able to sell a product or invent it.
Could you please suggest me any ideas how to create a mobile app? Where should I address?

The cheapest way is to outsource. Personaly I wouldn't recommend to address to Indian or Chinese companies. You can find lots of examples of bad coding by these quys Quora. Currently Ukrainians and Czech are popular in app development, especially the former ones. They win lots of competitions in app dev. Have you heard about Petcube? It's a Ukrainian company which got Smart House Award today. Among Ukrainian software companies I can name https://qubit-labs.com. Or there are also SoftServe but they deal with big project so I'm not sure if they'll agree to develop only one app.
