I think I'm on of 7 people left in the world that still like ska, but the most recent Reel Big Fish album is pretty awesome.

My musical taste is all over the place. I have literally zero interest in the social aspects of music. I listen neo-folk like Faun and Artesia, black metal like Watain and Emperor, nu-metal like Korn and Dope, Celtic music with bagpipes, ambient and electronic, classical and chamber music. I do not listen to any punk and hardcore at all, even though I am surrounded by "professional" hardcore/punk musicians who somehow do it for a living. Don't even know what some of their bands sound like.

Fun fact. My cousin was a "famous" musician. I think they still play but I doubt anyone cares anymore. When I was 10-11 years old he was visiting our grandparents. That same weekend I purchased my first guitar. Within an hour of having said guitar, I created my first riff. That riff is the main riff of "Lakini's Juice" from the band live. Yes. It was stolen from a 10 year old who had been playing guitar for an hour.

I remember being 17-19 and had went to a friends house. I went in and all the lights were off. He was laying on the floor mumbling. Another friend was sitting in the dark in silence. They said "don't smoke the weed, something is wrong with it." I did it anyway. I thought I was dying. I was sitting in the car and the sound garden song "spoonman" came on. It was very weird. I was thinking I had two options. To go to the hospital or die. I chose death and faded out with that song playing. Woke up hours later with a headache I can't even describe. Maybe I did die during Spoonman and this is the simulation? Not sure. Don't understand reality at all. Not sure if the past exists either. Nor can I figure out if the universe actually exists or I am just perceiving something.
