I read a book. It was called "The Last Stone" by Mark Bowden (Black Hawk Down). It was a good book.
It focuses on the interrogation techniques used by Maryland detectives to get to the bottom of a 1970s cold case regarding 2 missing girls (10 and 13). Pretty decent read. The scary part (besides the sociopath that took the girls) is how good these detectives were at getting the suspect to say what they wanted to hear. In this case, it was a good thing because it helped solve the case, but you could also see how they could have railroaded an innocent person into confessing to just about everything/anything.
