i made a HUGE tomahawk ribeye yesterday for the game. had a couple pals over and did it for the spectacle.....but legit hate cooking bone in ribeyes, let alone one with a stupid bone that is as long as my arm.

turned out fantastic and perfectly cooked, but i over-did the boneless one i had to medium because i was too busy crushing beers and fucking around. price you pay.

i love STEAKS. we made a classic wedge and baked potato (with all the fixings). my favorite thing to have with steak is a super rich creamed spinach.
