watched this last night.

it was cool. I sometimes have problems with stories like this where people are connected because it seems too convenient at times, but i thought this was ok.

Aside from stretching to connect all of the stories, if you look at each storyline individually, it was great. It's probably the best role I've seen Brad Pitt in (he was pretty good as Jesse James too).

Ip Man 2. A semi-biographical account of the life of Yip Man, a grand master of the martial art of Wing Chun. Stars the amazing Donnie Yen. If you're into martial arts movies check it out. A nice easter egg at the end of the movie is pretty fascinating as well.

The scene at the border had me tense. Thought the dude was going to cap somebody. They showed that gun he popped off at the party, thought that was some foreshadowing.

Brad Pitt was really good in this for sure. I also thought that the father of the two Moroccan boys was really good too.
