Fun fact. My cousin was a "famous" musician. I think they still play but I doubt anyone cares anymore. When I was 10-11 years old he was visiting our grandparents. That same weekend I purchased my first guitar. Within an hour of having said guitar, I created my first riff. That riff is the main riff of "Lakini's Juice" from the band live. Yes. It was stolen from a 10 year old who had been playing guitar for an hour.

Is your cousin adam? I am somewhat friends with him.

No. Not sure who you are talking about honestly.

Its Chad, which is fitting, since stealing riffs from your cousin is a total Chad move.

York. My bloodline as far as I know are all still around York/Lancaster. I have not seen a family member since 2007 in which I was in a dark hospital room watching someone die. I left ane never saw any of them again.

I spent my 20's in a state of panic, misery, addiction and self imposed isolation. I no longer live in the USA.

Sorry to hear that. Things are pretty good for me now but my history has done something to my brain where even if things are going well I still feel a sense of constant doom. I have to go to the doctor soon and see if they can chemically alter my brain. The only break I get is if I do extremely exhausting physical activity and it grants me a window of 3-4 hours of normal thinking.

I've started writing things down in a journal. I'm not sure if I enjoy doing it, nor am I sure I understand why I am doing it, but I'm doing it. Usually just taking 15-30 minutes trhoughout the day to do a mind dump on whatever topic happens to pop in.
