Dragging ass after a weekend at the beach. Kayaked a few miles on saturday and a little more yesterday too. Shoulders and lats are feeling the result of that heavily today.

Muscle talk.

I haven't, but its on my list to do this summer. They have a ramp at the park in lewes for dropping in your kayak and going from there. Looks like a hike though...5 miles to North Shores.

so is the ramp in the main part of downtown lewes (where like Green Turtle is)? I drove our boat last year from Dewey up into the canal up to Lewes and I saw some people kayaking....I drove slow by them but some assholes were going pretty fast and making terrible wake for them

Green Turtle is closer to Rt 1, but youre thinking the right area. The ramp is right next to that giant red light boat, across from the bar Irish Eyes.

Actually I meant Irish Eyes not green turtle...I was just thinking the color green and got the restaurant wrong
