Sorry to hear about your recent medical troubles. But you do not have to be a slave to your genes. Seriously. My grandfather has had numerous heart attacks, strokes and a quintuple bypass surgery. High cholesterol, triglycerides, the whole nine yards. My mother is on high blood pressure and high triglyceride medications. I used to weigh a lot more, and ate like an asshole. My triglycerides were so high they wanted me on medication. At 23 years old. Now I know you pointed out your height and weight, and you aren't obese or even overweight (don't know your body type), but you said you smoked and weren't eating great. I'm telling you man, do the research, at least go vegetarian. I went vegan a year ago, and the impact on my total cholesterol was remarkable. I went from a total cholesterol that was hovering around 235 to 121 mg/dl. It's none of my business, but I hate to see someone have to deal with medical issues that can be avoided and even reversed with a proper diet and exercise routine (simply walking everyday is enough). You are not a slave to your genes, and the doctors who tell you that know only how to treat you with pharmaceuticals because that's all they're ever taught. None of them know (or at least, none of them want to tell you) that nearly ALL sicknesses that we suffer from here in the west can be almost directly attributed to the food we eat and the lifestyles we lead.

If you want to make a change, let me know man. I made huge changes in my life regarding health, and I love to motivate and help people out with it. It's not easy, but something like what you've experienced scares ME, I can't imagine how you feel. Good luck brother.

That fucking rules, seems like an awesome show. And no, I don't get FX with my cable package anyway.

nah, I don't get showtime. I really want to see that show, but I'll end up waiting for it to come out on dvd. I thought Walton Goggins was only supposed to be in 3-4 episodes, either way that rules.

The series finale is just brilliant. It changes your entire perspective on the central character of the show in one episode, pretty mindblowing stuff.

I was very impressed. They looked like a far more cohesive and structured team in the second round, they were scrambling a bit against Colordao, but they've clearly got their shit together. I wouldn't mind seeing them go to the Cup just to prove the naysayers wrong.

That's brutal, you gonna try to download them from somewhere? I own every season individually but I'm probably going to buy the boxset anyway haha. My Shield dvd's are now being borrowed by a third different person so I imagine they're getting a little scratched by now haha.

I predicted Wings in seven and I'm still going to stick to my prediction, but the Sharks aren't making it very easy for the Wings. The Sharks game starts only a half hour after the Pens game, so I guess I'll be flipping between both games for awhile.
