It's funny that I see members of this band at least 6/7 times a month, and it took me almost a year to get and review their CD. I guess I'm just lazy.
I will say that my being friends with them has nothing to do with the fact that this release is going to get a great review. These guys are hardworking as hell, have been touring constantly, and I can see them being signed to a major metal label within the next year or so. They have improved numerous times over since they started.. my old band even played with them, those were some fun shows.
Enough smack talk, back to the music. High pitched screams with intermitant deep growls, twisting riffs with metal pouring from every note, and breakdowns that would make your mom throw down her walker and mosh. They have managed to mix many metal styles and hardcore influence to create their own style.
I would recommend this CD to just about any fan of metal, and if you haven't checked them out yet, You're missing out.
