thanks chris x for bringing it up.. i was waiting for nick to do it.. but i don't know if he is online... i'm not in the lifestyle yet where I can reintroduce potatoes without feeling like they are going to be a bother with adding pounds... i've lost a total of 45 pounds with the help of eliminating potatoes from my diet.
