I recently started playing baseball again after about 4 years.

The problem is, my glove is far too small now and I need a new one.

Does anyone know of any decent, non-leather baseball/softball gloves?

Judging by the price, not that great but I suppose it'll have to do if I can't find anything else.

just go look at a sports store. most of the gloves will be leather, but there will be a bunch of non-leather ones as well

I have tried that, but so far no luck.

The Heartland glove (see link above) isn't vegan - even though they'll tell you it is. It's made in an Asian sweatshop with leather lacing, wool padding, and a crappy vinyl shell. Heartland buys these, they rip out the leather lacing replacing it with shoestring material, they do NOT replace the wool padding, and then they advertise it as "vegan."

Here is a link for the only vegan gloves available: click here for link
