since I browse this site, I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask for some help with booking mine and a friends band a tour date. We are looking to fill a tour on August 13th in the Philly/Eastern PA area. We are going on tour with our good friends Vigilance and would greatly appreciate any help we can obtain. The tour package is set at $100 for both bands, but we are willing to negotiate. Basically, we only need enough money for gas and a bite to eat before our next gig.

Our mp3's can be foound by clicking the link below, we just recently finished recording in Swag Studios in Auburn. Feel free to check them out and leave your input, even if you don't like it, its fine, all opinions are welcome.

If you or anyone you know can help us out with this date or can just point us in the right direction, that would greatly appreciated.

thanks for your time guys

tip: maybe it's just me but i literally never go out of my way to hook up bands that set gauruntees. while saying you'll negotiate it and shit is rather modest, the only real way to catch attention while being in an unknown band is to flat out say "we'll play for anything".

^ agreed
my dumb ass booked too many bands that wanted guarantees, and being the stand-up guy i am, i wouldn't try to shaft the band if i had promised them money, and eventually it made me have to shut down the venue i was running. awesome.

Yes, I was told to ask that price my some close friends. I really didn't like the idea of asking either seeing as we aren't a signed or well known band and this is our first east coast tour. Basically, we only need enough money to get from point A to point B and some food. I know that a lot of Pennsylvania kids browse this site, so this really helps. Thank you for the advice though, it really helps. We are willing to play anything (basements, living rooms, dungeons etc), so if you feel like heping some upstate kids out, PM me or leave a message.
