i dont work for the IT department

also motherboards are usually fabricated in taiwan, not IT departments

If you know what your looking for/at you should be fine. My advice if you don't. Definitely don't buy any from anywhere in Asia or that say New:Without Box.

Even "reputable" sellers will dick you over. I just bought 2 refills for a montblanc pen for $18 and they are completely bogus. Plastic on the package was jacked up (looks like the guy took a package with the official hologram and stuffed some fake shit in it) and the refills write like shit. Also, the screened lettering is different from the posted pic and color band on the refill is grey, not black.

I do like tarnishing a seller's rating for $18, though.

Yea I went to the local ghetto clothing store and just picked out 3 pairs of kicks. I was laughing with the salesman about ebay and he said 98 percent of them are fakes. I'm glad I dropped the extra coin for real kicks, needless to say.
