is it a temporary loss to make weight for something or you need to lose 9 fast and keep it off?
i need to lose it by may 30th and keep it off. usually running works but i can't seem to find even 30 mins. consecutively to work out.
well, i guess may 30th is a little soon...but i do lose weight fast...
Well if you can't run and then workout, or vice versa, together. Try running first thing when you wake up. Like on an empty stomach. Your body will go after fat stores at this point.
Then when you workout later just up the intensity from what you normally do. If you do sets of 10...up to 12-15 for everything. When you do run in the morning push yourself alot harder. Running faster and/or run longer.
:( i haven't been able to even start. i get up at 4 am as it is. but i will keep the whole running in the morning thing in mind (esp. if it goes for fat stores). even if i can do 30 mins of running or jogging its better then nothing i guess.
so far the baby weight has all come off itself. guess i have to work for it now.
If its hard to find time to dedicate a straight set amount of time to workout try throwing in workouts here and there.
oh and obviously watch your diet as well. I'm not saying you eat like shit but make friends with salads and non-processed food.
i just told ian he's gonna have to watch kade for an hour at night so i can work out three times a week. once i lose the 9lbs (which really isn't alot esp. for having 2 kids) it will be easier.
plus working out is a stress releaser. i have also thought about walking w kade in his carrier. how effective is walking though?
walking is worlds better than doing nothing. I mean running is obviously better but walking is a good 2nd option.
