Didn't know it was a tradition, but it makes sense now why my girl's mom made it for dinner and they're half German. Loved the pork but kraut isnt my thing.

I was sick and my dad and his wife worked yesterday, so we had our dinner today instead. My dad makes homemade kraut, and it is the best.
