you'd have to know the IP address of the airport, then you could map the drive and access it like the mac does

serious answer: i would need more detail, but if the network shares are all set up properly in a windows networking environment, you can just go to start - run - and type in "\\computername\driveletter$" ex: \\tomscomputer\c$
